Nice, but why?

If I have to open the app, Ill use Google Now itself right? why do I need one more app?
Anyway, itll good if, once phone is unlocked, (on battery or on charge), like iPhones assistive touch, a floating hound logo should be available on any screen, where you can touch it or activate by voice.
Anyway, I prefer that option by Google now.
