Got to get this to work with email, specially Microsofts Outlook Email.

Im using Hound on a daily basis. The precision of the speech recognition is simply amazing - far better than Siri or Cortana. Searching for restaurants in particular is outstanding. I highly recommend this app. Try it and you will become a believer.

When it understands me, it is a very good tool. The problem is that background noise can confuse it. Siri is better in this regard. Other than that, I will probably use it for many voice searches.

Ive used many personal assistant apps and by far this is the best one out there. Super fast, smart and accurate.

I really dislike the voice and I dislike that the results of a search do not remain

I have an iPhone, but Hound is by far the best one Ive used followed by, (with some distance,) Google now and cortana. And sadly last, Siri. Hound was released a little over a month ago, and at the VERY least Is equal to the others. Beyond that, its not even a competition. Its able to handle more complicated questions and requests and a its able to process your requests much faster, as well as understand what your saying. Problems? The few it has for myself the others have as well. Background noise cutting you off in the middle of a request. Sorry all, I didnt intend for this to be so long. =)

It cant do a single thing that I use Siri for. No messaging works. No reminders. No alarms. No timers. I guess if you want to do voice searches for restaurants and things it will be useful but I dont need that functionality.

When I first saw the video about this app I will say I was blown away and impressed on how it processed information and was able to multi task. Signed up for the beta and all. When I downloaded it and started to use he app, I was disappointed that it was not as advertised. Still somewhat useful, it still has an issue picking up certain words and modifies it to what it thinks you said, changes it, then gives you a different search. Thought itd be a replacement for Siri but it isnt. The voice is too monotone like Siri. Other phones nowadays are using a more realistic voice which is more pleasing to the ear. In order to use "ok hound" you have to manually open the app and maintain it open unlike "hey Siri". Such an inconvenience when hands free. Step your game up gents. Im we were hoping for a lot more with this app.

Looks up things fast but cant access Contacts to send text even though during set up I checked the box to okay it.

Thank you for adding the google map and Waze options.

Still needs more partnerships with other great data sources. Ex. Computation (WolframAlpha), trivia facts. Also top searches would be interesting.

Love the speed. Love the ability to follow up. Some of my fav categories are music, calculator, directions, restaurants, voice dialing. Thx Hound folk.

Since the release of Hound, I have used it a lot. Voice recognition is always accurate. I never talk to Siri anymore.

It responds to my voice as well as Siri does and you cant log in to uber even with the right username and password
